Magnetic Island Network for Turtles (MINT)
Until March 2022 MINT was one of MICDA's Community Working Groups. It is now an Incorporated Association in it's own right.
Magnetic Island Network for Turtles (MINT) is a community group taking action for sea turtle conservation through rehabilitation, awareness and education.
We are a small dedicated group of volunteers who engage the wider community to help to respond to strandings, monitor nesting and rehabilitate sea turtles.
We also encourage behaviour changes in the local community that benefits sea turtle conservation. You will need to be a MICDA member to volunteer for this group.
